Hurnik Construction was founded by Zdenek Hurnik in 1998. Zdenek began by incorporating European craftsmanship into the exterior details of homes.
As the business grew, Zdenek's sons, Thomas Hurnik and Marek Hurnik joined the company. Together they expanded their services and expertise and found a special niche in maintenance and restoration of homes, including those built by architects famous for their modern design.
In 2021, Thomas and Marek relocated to Europe, where they continue to enhance and build homes.
Following completion of a new home build in the Poconos, Zdenek has since relocated the business to Lake Wallenpaupack and now offers handman and home maintenance services in Pike and Wayne counties.
